| Study of the simulation methods for multiscale systems regarding radiation damage of the semiconductor devices | |
| 候选人基本条件（Basic Qualifications） | 1.需要具有物理、材料、电子的相关专业博士学位； |
| 2.有辐照物理、半导体材料等方面经验的人员优先； | |
| 3.具有良好的中英文表达及沟通能力，熟悉实验室常用软件； | |

| 1.A Phd degree in Physics, Material Science, Electronics or related areas is required. | |
| 2.We give priority to those having experiences in radiation physics, semiconductor materials and related areas. | |
